Shipping method.
Delivery is provided solely via courier to the address specified by the Buyer within the territory of Latvia. We do not offer automatic delivery outside of Latvia \u2013 please see the section \u201cDelivery outside Latvia\u201d.<\/p>

Delivery outside Latvia.
We provide delivery only within the territory of Latvia. If your order needs to be shipped abroad, please contact us at info@helpa.lv prior to placing the order. We evaluate each case individually \u2014 we will inform you about shipping availability, estimated timeframe, and costs, and will process the order only upon mutual agreement. If an order with delivery outside Latvia is placed without prior approval, we will get in touch with you; if no agreement is reached, the order will be canceled and the paid amount refunded.<\/p>

Delivery time.
Delivery usually takes approximately 7 working days. If the specific item is not immediately available in the manufacturer's warehouse, delivery may take longer, up to 2 weeks. In the event that delivery is delayed for more than 7 working days, we will contact you and inform you about the estimated delivery time for your order.<\/p>

Shipping costs.
Free delivery on orders over \u20ac150. For all other orders, the delivery fee is \u20ac10. For heavy orders (e.g., several bags of microcement), delivery fees may vary, and we will inform you accordingly.<\/p>

Receiving the order.
Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the item. If the item is damaged upon receipt, please proceed according to the \u201cDamaged goods\u201d section below.<\/p>

Payment.
Payment can be made by payment card. Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store it.
All prices are stated in euros (\u20ac). The final amount, including delivery, is visible before order confirmation. We send the invoice and order confirmation to the email address you specified.<\/p>

Right of withdrawal (in brief).
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Please send an application in free form to info@helpa.lv. The item must be returned within 14 days; return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. For more details, see section Distance contract<\/a>.<\/p>

Damaged goods.
If the item is damaged upon receipt, please send the following to info@helpa.lv: the tracking number, an application in free form (as a document or email message), and photos of the damage. The application will be reviewed within 10 working days.
